でも必要だから存在しているのです
それが真実です
例えば あなたが食べ物を食べることで
食べ物を生産したり販売している人達を助けています
あなたが電気を使うことで
電力を供給するために働いてくれている人達を助けています
きっともっと他にもたくさんの循環をもたらしています
自分は存在して良いんだ
生きているだけで貢献しているんだ、って
あたたかい気持ちを
ちょっとでも持ってもらえたら、
嬉しいです
そのあたたかい感情は
これを書いている私への
目には見えないけど
確かに存在している貢献です

少しでも楽に生きられる人達が増えることを
